White Fillings
White Fillings from £70
New technological advancements in dentistry enable white or natural tooth coloured fillings to be used in restoring decayed and broken teeth. Our fillings are made from composite or resin and are highly durable, strong and long lasting.
As an alternative to fillings, inlays and onlays can be used to restore your smile. Inlays and onlays are made specially in a dental laboratory to repair a damaged tooth.
An inlay is small and within the biting surface of the tooth whereas an onlay will cover a larger area of the tooth. These restorations can be made from porcelain, gold or composite resin and are bonded to the damaged area of a tooth. Most patients have a porcelain inlay or onlay as it is hard wearing, long lasting and can also be matched to the colour of your natural teeth.
If the tooth is damaged extensively, a crown may be needed to restore the tooth.

We will make you feel comfortable and relaxed before, during and after this routine procedure, so there’s no need to delay.
White fillings are completed in one easy appointment. Firstly, we numb the area so that the procedure is comfortable. We then gently remove the portion of your tooth that has been damaged and then replace the missing tooth structure with a filling. We shine a bright blue light on the filling which will harden the filling making it very strong.
The filling is made of a shade of composite resin filling material so that once filled, it looks like your real tooth again. It’s simple!
If you have your own dentist or are just passing through Hampshire and would like an appointment with our hygienist we will be happy to see you.
